Your wedding,
beautifully managed.
Six hundred guests. Five celebrations. Twelve vendors. One aunty with opinions. Macheri holds all of it in one calm, beautiful place, so the season before your wedding feels less like a project and more like a joy.
Free for couples No card required Works on any phone
You know this scene.
A Nigerian wedding is not one event. It is a season: an introduction, a traditional ceremony, a white wedding, a reception, sometimes an after party, each with its own guests, dress code and bills. The tools most couples reach for were never built for that. Macheri was.
From first idea to final dance, in three moves.
Tell Macheri your story
Start with a conversation, not a form. Macheri asks about your day, then sets up your events, budget and guest tiers around how your wedding actually works.
Bring in your people
Your partner, your planner, coordinators and ushers each get exactly the access you choose. You stay in control of every permission, and you can change your mind any time.
Plan it. Send it. Live it.
Invitations go out with each guest's name on WhatsApp or email. RSVPs flow in on their own. On the day, your ushers check guests in with a single scan.
Every moving part of your wedding, in one place that keeps up.
These are not screenshots of promises. Every panel below is how Macheri actually looks and works today.
A planner in your pocket, on call at 2am.
The gold button in the corner of every screen is Macheri itself. Type or talk to it the way you would text a very organised friend.
It knows your wedding
Your guests, your vendors, your numbers, your preferences. Ask a question and get an answer about your wedding, not a generic one.
It speaks the culture
Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Edo and Delta ceremonies are built in, from vendor categories to ceremony sequences. Macheri suggests what fits your tradition.
It does the busywork
Drafting follow-ups, logging payments, adding guests, checking who has not replied. You say it, Macheri prepares it.
It never acts without you
Anything that changes your wedding comes back as a card you approve or decline. You are always the final word.
38 guests on your mother's list have not replied yet. 26 of them have WhatsApp numbers. Shall I prepare a gentle reminder for them?
One wedding. Many celebrations. Zero mix-ups.
Each event keeps its own guest list, venue, dress code, meals and RSVPs. Invite someone to the traditional only, the white wedding only, or everything, and every invitation, seat and headcount stays correct on its own.
Cultural intelligence for Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Edo and Delta ceremonies is built into the planning itself: the vendor categories, the budget lines, the sequence of the day.
Months of planning, delivered in one flawless day.
Entry passes, not gate wahala
Every confirmed guest gets a personal QR pass on their phone the moment they RSVP. No printed lists, no arguments at the door.
Ushers check in with a scan
Hand your ushers a link, no accounts needed. They scan passes at the gate and the headcount updates live. It keeps working even when the venue Wi-Fi does not.
Every phone becomes your photographer
Guests scan a QR at the venue and start capturing. Photos and videos flow into one gallery you own and moderate, ready the morning after.
Check-in and photo capture are built offline-first, because venues are beautiful and their network coverage is not.
Run twelve weddings like it is one.
- Every client wedding on one portfolio dashboard, ranked by what needs you most
- A complete workspace per wedding: guests, vendors, budget, seating, invitations
- Couples grant you exactly the access they want, and it updates in real time
- Start a wedding yourself, then hand it to the couple cleanly when they join
Then ₦25,000 per additional wedding. Paid once, good for the life of that wedding. No subscription, no per-guest fees, no meter running.

Is Macheri really free for couples?
Yes. Couples plan free: guests, invitations, budget, vendors, seating, registry and the day-of tools. Planners pay only when they add weddings beyond their first, at ₦25,000 once per wedding.
Do my guests need to download anything?
No. Invitations arrive on WhatsApp or email, RSVP is a personal link that opens in the browser, the entry pass is a QR code saved to their phone, and the wedding-day photo gallery opens straight from a QR at the venue.
Can it handle a traditional ceremony and a white wedding?
That is exactly what it is built for. Every event keeps its own guest list, venue, dress code, meals and RSVP. A white wedding can carry its joining, reception and after party as parts, so each guest only sees what they are invited to.
How do cash gifts work without card payments?
The registry is built around bank transfers, the way Nigerian gifting actually happens. Guests see your account details, send the transfer, and tap "I have sent the money". You confirm each one when it lands. Group gifts fill up from many contributors.
Can my planner and I use it together?
Yes. You invite your planner and grant exactly the permissions you want, from viewing the guest list to managing the budget. Changes apply in real time, and you can adjust or revoke access whenever you like.
What happens on the wedding day itself?
Your ushers get a simple scanning link, no accounts needed. They scan guests' QR passes at the gate, check-in keeps working through network drops, and guest photos flow into your gallery while the party is still going.
Does it work on my phone?
Macheri is built phone-first. It runs in any browser, installs to your home screen like an app, and the day-of tools keep working offline.
The best day of your life
deserves the calmest run-up.
Set up your wedding in minutes. Bring your partner, your planner and your people. It is free to start, and free to stay.
